30 Years Management experience, including ten years managing health & fitness clubs including Equinox, New York Sports Club and The Sports Club LA in NYC.  Twenty years of experience at the Executive Management level in the Logistics Industry managing multiple sites, operations up to $350M in annual revenue, and over 100 resources domestic & internationally.  Golf & fitness enthusiast.

Owner – Back Nine Golf in Pompton Plains, NJ – this location broke Franchise records in its first three months of operations (opened Dec. 2024)

Ajo George

IGM Consultant | Tax & Accounting Professional | CPA | Master’s in Taxation

Ajo is a seasoned tax and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in both consulting and the private sector. Ajo is currently responsible for accounting and tax strategy for multiple Back Nine locations including Back Nine of Pompton Plains, NJ.  

He is also the founder of Ascent Tax and Accounting LLC. Prior to forming Ascent, Ajo served as a Director in a leadership role at Global Tax Management (GTM), a national tax consulting firm. Prior to GTM, he was at a fast-paced startup, GoPuff, and at an established large multinational, Paramount (formerly known as Viacom).

Prior to his private industry experience, Ajo started his career at Deloitte. He specializes in relieving clients of their accounting and tax burdens, allowing
them to focus on growth and strategic initiatives.

Ajo has successfully guided clients through ever-changing regulations and optimized their financial outcomes. He helps deliver tailored solutions and implement efficient accounting processes that drive success.

Passionate about continuous learning and professional development, Ajo stays current with industry trends and best practices.

Nick Driver

IGM Consultant | Manager | Head Golf Pro

Certified Golf Instructor, US Kids certified instructor, Club Fitter and former Asst. Golf Coach at Drew University.  Nick started playing golf when he was six years old and played Varsity at Randolph High School.  Played on mini tours and has won multiple tournaments including the JTB Invitational at Pebble Beach in 2023.

With 15+ years of experience across mission-driven nonprofit startups and global tech brands like Twilio and Blackbaud, she brings a powerful blend of consultative selling, brand development, and go-to-market strategy. Ann Marie excels at building lasting relationships with enterprise buyers in regulated markets such as healthcare, retail, and nonprofit, helping them solve real business problems while aligning with broader social and marketing goals.

Now blending her sales expertise with entrepreneurship as owner of The Back Nine Golf Brunswick, she brings a sharp eye for local market engagement, partnership marketing, and customer experience that turns audiences into advocates.

In her spare time, Ann Marie started golfing for fun but is staying for the emotional rollercoaster.
